    We recommend booking at least four (4) weeks in advance, especially for larger events. However, we always try ti accomodate last-minute bookings based on availability.

  • Is there a minimum or maximum number of guests you can cater for?
    We cater for intimate dinners of two up to larger gatherings of 100. For events with more than 100 guests, please reach out for specifics.

  • How do I secure a date?
    To secure a date, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required.

Menu and Dietary Restrictions

  • Can menus be customized based on allergies or dietary restrictions?
    Absolutely! We pride ourselves on crafting menus that cater to a variety of dietary requirements, including allergies, vegetarian, and vegan needs.

  • Is it possible to request dishes not listed on your sample menus?
    While our sample menus provide a glimpse into our offerings, we're more than happy to discuss and create dishes outside of what's listed.

  • Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options?
    Yes, we offer a range of vegetarian and vegan options.

Pricing and Payments

  • How is the cost of a Private Dining experience or Catering event determined?
    The cost is determined based on the menu selected, number of guests, and any additional services requested. We provide a detailed quote after our initial consultation.

  • Is there a deposit required? Is it refundable?
    A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, which is deducted from the final bill.

  • When is the final payment due?
    The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event.

Logistics and Setup

  • What do I need to provide for the Private Dining experience?
    We will need a fully equipped kitchen to prepare the dishes. If certain essentials are missing, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements.

  • How much time do you need for setup and clean-up?
    We typically need 2-3 hours for setup and 1 hour for cleanup. This might vary based on the event's complexity.

  • Do you provide table settings, or is that up to the host?
    We provide complete table settings for an additional charge. However, hosts are free to manage this aspect if they have a specific setup in mind.

Ingredients and Sourcing

  • Where do your source your ingredients?
    We're committed to quality. We source our ingredients from local producers and trusted suppliers to ensure freshness.

  • Do you use organic or locally-sources produce?
    Whenever possible, we use organic and locally-sourced produce.

  • Are you able to accomodate sustainable or ethical food requests?
    Absolutely. Please let us know your specific requests, and we'll do our best to accomodate them.

Event Day and Service

  • How long does a typical private dining service last?
    A typical private dining experience lasts about 4 hours, but this can vary depending on the number of courses and the pace of the event.

  • Do you provide staff for larger events?
    For larger events, we provide additional staff to ensure smooth service.

Cancellation and Charges

  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Our cancellation policy requires that any cancellations made within a week of the event will be charged 50% of the total bill. Additional details regarding our cancellation policy will be acknowledged upon booking.

  • Can I make changes to the menu or number of guests after booking?
    Minor changes can be made up to 72 hours before the event. Significant changes, especially those affecting cost, should be discussed as soon as possible.

Additonal Services

  • Do you offer wine pairings or beverage services?
    We offer curated wine pairings to complement the selected menu. We do not provide alcoholic beverages at this time.

  • Can you handle special event requests like birthdays or anniversaries?
    We're equipped to make special occasions memorable, be it birthdays, anniversaries, or any other celebration.

  • Do you collaborate with other event professionals, like florists or event planners?
    We have collaborated with several event professionals in the past and can provide recommendations if needed.

    We adhere to the highest safety and hygiene standards. Given the current health scenario, we're also following all recommended protocols to ensure the safety of our clients and staff.
